Since 2012, MicroPort® abolished life-long employment system, started to have an annual personal review. We will select the best talents through fair and scientific talent appraisal system, to recognize their contribution and create promotion and development opportunities for them.
- Providing development channel: Dual-channel for career development
MicroPort® has established two career development channels, one for management and the other for technic. The company encourages employees to make development selection according to their own advantages, so as to maximize their personal value. In the meantime, the company sets various levels in these two channels and provides personal appraisal and guidance accordingly. They also give suggestions to employees to help them achieve success in their career.
