    Since 2012, MicroPort® abolished life-long employment system, started to have an annual personal review. We will select the best talents through fair and scientific talent appraisal system, to recognize their contribution and create promotion and development opportunities for them.

    MicroPort® has established two career development channels, one for management and the other for technic. The company encourages employees to make development selection according to their own advantages, so as to maximize their personal value. In the meantime, the company sets various levels in these two channels and provides personal appraisal and guidance accordingly. In order to recognize excellent talents and motivate employees, the group set up serval annual awards, to create an atmosphere where personal efforts are combined with the future of our group. We uphold the policy of "selecting the fast horse in a race" and try to find various talents with good potential in different methods.
